Our Studio Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you Cancel/No-Show within 24 hours, 20% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. If the payment is declined, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full.
Late Policy
We allow a 7 minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to rebook with a new deposit. We’re very understanding, just communicate with us, and we’ll work something out together.
Intake Form Policy
To ensure your safety and provide the best possible service, all Clients are required to complete their Intake Form before their appointment.
Menstrual Policy
You may still receive your Brazilian/Bikini Wax service if you are on your period as long as you are wearing a new tampon or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand, but the cancellation policy still applies.
Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older. If under 18 years old, a Parent or Guardian must be Present at the Appointment to provide Written Consent.

I am the owner and Licensed Esthetician behind Kae Wax Studio. My passion for waxing started after my very first Brazilian, and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and completely unguided. But instead of turning me away, it sparked something in me. I went home, binge-watched a bunch of waxing videos, and fell in love with the art of waxing. In that moment, I knew I didn’t just want to be in the beauty industry. I wanted to change the experience
Now, as a solo waxer in North Brunswick, NJ, everything I do is centered around creating a gentle, comfortable waxing experience that feels completely different from what most people expect. From the moment you walk in, my goal is for you to feel calm, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I guide you through every step, check in with you throughout your service, and create a safe space where you can relax, because I understand how vulnerable waxing can feel.
This isn’t just a service to me, it’s personal. Every appointment is about you, your comfort, your confidence, and making sure you leave feeling smooth, empowered, and taken care of. Outside of the suite, I’m big on spending time with my husband and friends, cooking, having random dance battles, trying new restaurants, and staying active. This dream of mine is only possible because of your support, and I’m so grateful you’re here. I truly can’t wait to meet you!!
